- 1 lb fresh shrimp
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 box (8 oz) dried fettucini
- ½ stick butter
- ½ tbs dried parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Cook fettucini based on instructions on the box.
- Saute the garlic in butter under medium heat.
- Toss in shrimp, tomatoes and parsley. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add cooked fettucini, and toss all ingredients together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
